We pride ourselves on our high-quality products, however on occasion you may wish to return a faulty or incorrect item. If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you, according to our refund policy.

Do you want to cancel your order?
- If you wish to cancel your order and the goods have not been delivered, you can do so within 2 working days of placing the order by contacting us at email@example.com or 01900811970. We will refund the amount to you and any delivery charges.
- If you choose to cancel your order for late delivery you will have to return them to us and we will pay the costs of this. After you cancel your order we will refund any money paid to us for the cancelled goods and their delivery.
Do you want to return something?
- If your item is faulty you can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order – please let us know ASAP if there is any fault with your grass.
- Please inform us of any faults with the grass before fitting. Installation costs of faulty products cannot be reimbursed.
- We’ll send your replacement to the original delivery address.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. All goods will be inspected on return.
- We hope you don’t but if you change your mind, it is your responsibility to organise and pay for delivery back to BuzzGrass.
